Simply complete our online contact form. We will reply with available time slots. Booking a trial lesson does not imply any obligation.
No. We do not offer single, occasional or pay-as-you-go lessons.
All lessons are organised on a monthly basis, with a fixed weekly schedule.
If a month has 4 weeks, this means a minimum of 4 lessons (or more if the month has 5 weeks). Lessons cannot be reduced within the month.
All lessons are paid monthly and in advance, before the first lesson of each month.
For new bookings, payment is required within 24 hours after your lesson time and schedule have been agreed.
Lessons cannot start and time slots cannot be reserved until payment has been received.
Payment is made by bank transfer or Bizum. We do not accept cash.
Lessons cancelled by the student are not refunded, rescheduled or moved to another month. If we cancel a lesson, it is refunded immediately.
Only if you continue paying during your break. Otherwise, availability must be checked again when you return.
Yes. We offer a free 25-minute trial lesson. We assess your level, discuss your goals and explain our teaching method.
Through a short oral assessment and, when appropriate, an online level test. Complete beginners do not need to take a test.
Structured grammar, useful vocabulary, natural expressions, listening, reading and guided conversation, with real-time correction.
Yes. Homework is recommended after each lesson to ensure consistent progress.
55 minutes. Lessons always start and finish on time.
Monday to Friday, 09:00–13:00 and 16:00–20:00 (CET).
No. After your first lesson, we will advise you on the most suitable book to buy.
All lessons are delivered via Microsoft Teams.
No. We only teach adults (18+). Our training is designed specifically for adult learners.
